Fashion Spend Still High On Ladies Designer Clothes
Sunday, July 25th, 2010We know that women like to spend money on clothes, but recent reports suggest that this desire to spend money on designer items, such as ladies designer clothes, is continuing, despite the impact of the recession. This really does show us that fashion is just far too important to women and they are still prepared to spend their hard earned cash.
You might be wondering how women can afford to spend on luxury items like ladies designer clothes when the economy is struggling. The fact is, women are prepared to spend on what makes them feel good and improves their quality of life and designer clothes always provide the ‘happy factor!’ Women don’t want to give up spending on the good things even if the UK is in record debt. Spending money on ladies designer clothes is just part and parcel of their priorities and if they didn’t treat themselves every now and then, the depression really would set in.
It is certainly expected that there will be a large number of people very much against this kind of frivolous spending on things like designer clothes, especially when there are many families struggling financially right now. The thing is, the ladies that leisure like this and spend money on designer clothes are not unaffected by the recession, it is simply their way of dealing with it and they value spending money on designer clothes just as much as getting in the weekly food shop. To them, fashion is something they live and breathe and even spending cuts from the Government won’t stop them spending on the clothes they want.
The next fear is the double dip recession that so many say we will inevitably face, and it will be interesting to see if women are still prepared to splash the cash when this happens.
